Community Yoga Class
Join us for 60-minutes of FREE yoga at the Main Library!
Instructor Rhiannon, of Humble Roots Yoga, uses physical demonstration, verbal instruction, modifications and variations to create all level classes for all fitness abilities.
Rhiannon is a 200hr registered and certified yoga teacher, mental health/wellness advocate and founder of Humble Roots Yoga. In sharing her practice, Rhiannon aims to cultivate compassion, increase tolerance and promote a culture of inclusivity within the yoga community and the community at large. Humble Roots Yoga classes are friendly, non-competitive, judgement free and trauma sensitive. Hands on assists will not be provided.
Accessibility: beginner friendly, must be able to get up and down from the floor.
