Community Yoga Class on the Lawn at Thomas Crane Public Library
Join us for a FREE 60-minute moderate vinyasa yoga flow class Live Outside on the Main Library Lawn. This class is open to ALL and teacher Rhiannon combines physical demonstration and verbal instruction to make this class suitable for all levels of practice, offering modifications and variations along the way.

Bring: yoga mat, water bottle, towel to wipe off and your sense of humor! No mat? No problem. We have a limited number of extras available for use.
Rhiannon has been practicing yoga since 2011 and is currently enrolled in an RYS 200-hour yoga teacher training program. Rhiannon believes that yoga belongs to ALL of us and hopes to cultivate compassion, increase tolerance and promote a culture of inclusivity within the yoga community and community at large.
