Dancing on the Edges of Time: Sheffield Chamber Players at the Eustis Estate
Historic New England welcomes Sheffield Chamber Players back to the Eustis Estate with Dancing on the Edges of Time, a program celebrating the long-awaited return of Spring with string quartets by seminal Ukrainian composer Mykola Lysenko, accomplished Indian-American composer Reena Esmail, and W.A. Mozart. Find out more about the program here.
A rising group on the regional classical music scene, Sheffield Chamber Players was founded in 2014 on the belief that experiencing chamber music in the intimate settings for which it was written profoundly changes the way listeners respond to music, and to each other. In close proximity to musicians, one can hear the expressive subtleties of a performance with unprecedented clarity.
Guests are invited to join the players after the concert to share your thoughts on the program.
