Meditation with Neeni Decha
Meditation is about training your mind to calm down and become peaceful. A peaceful mind can reduce stress and bring positivity to your daily interactions-at home, in the workplace or wherever you are. A consistent practice of meditation can improve your overall quality of life. In this class, Neeni will teach you the basics of Middle Way meditation and will guide you through a meditation session.
Neeni began practicing meditation in Thailand more than 30 years ago. For the past 10 years, she has been conducting meditation classes throughout the greater Boston area and at the Dhammakaya Meditation Center in Quincy.
