
MWNA 32nd Anniversary Pumpkin Spice Festival

The Montclair/Wollaston Neighborhood Association (MWNA) will celebrate its 32nd Anniversary holding a Pumpkin Spice Festival at Bishop Field, 108 Holbrook Road, abutting the Montclair School, on SATURDAY October14 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. This fun filled family event will feature free activities for all ages including face painting, balloon twisting, pony rides, bounce house, Touch a truck, Quincy Fire Department, Quincy Police K-9, Special Ops and Motorcycle Units, Norfolk County Sheriff Command Center Vehicle, and Brewster Ambulance, Montilios wood fired pizza truck, pastries, cookies, coffee and Pour Garden craft and domestic beers provided by the Wollaston Hill Neighborhood Association, a raffle for two S&S gift certificates, as well as live musical performance from guitarist Peter Mundt and Quincy’s own The Rudderkings.
The Pumpkin Spice Festival is sponsored by the MWNA in partnership with the City of Quincy Parks, Police and Fire Departments, and Granite Telecommunications, with support from Quirk Auto Dealerships, Stop & Shop as well as Representative Tackey Chan, City Councilors Noel DiBona, Ian Cain, and School Committee candidate Courtney Perdios. The MWNA is a volunteer neighborhood advocacy organization formed in 1991. The Association also provides annual scholarships for North Quincy High School students, musical instrument funding and essay contest awards for students of the Montclair and Wollaston Schools.
