Pathways to the Past: A Park Ranger’s Guide to Adams National Historical Park

From the sweet little farm at the foot of Penn’s Hill to the gentleman’s country estate at Peace field, Adams National Historical Park is the story of “heroes, statesman, philosophers … and learned women” whose ideas and actions helped to transform thirteen disparate colonies into one united nation. Learn about this National Historical Park & how to get involved with the National Parks Service with special guest Supervisory Park Ranger Jessica Pilkington.

Jessica Pilkington has worked as an Interpreter for the National Park Service for 16 years. She has worked at Boston National Historical Park, Cape Cod National Seashore, and is currently the Supervisory Park Ranger at Adams National Historical Park. She has always loved history and relishes the opportunity to share these important stories with everyone around her.
